West End Hotel is a landmark property in South Mumbai. The objective of this project was to design a website that combined the hotel’s rich legacy since 1948 with a modern user experience. A mobile-first booking interface was created to provide guests with a seamless and luxurious booking journey while preserving the hotel’s classic charm and heritage.

The Digital Gap
Despite being a historic and iconic property, West End Hotel had an outdated website that struggled to attract modern travelers. The booking process was complicated, and the site lacked a mobile-friendly experience. The challenge was to create a platform that captured the timeless charm of “Classic Mumbai” while delivering the performance and usability of modern technology.
Seamless Elegance
We used an experience-driven design approach featuring high-resolution heritage visuals, a seamless three-step booking process, and Art Deco-inspired elements reflecting Mumbai’s timeless architectural and cultural legacy.
